After that exercise, input post-its into an spreadsheet. Content from each post-it can be tagged with a theme, who is this for, and currently available evidence.
Impactful Iteration Model
Innovation and iteration share some of the same tactics, iteration is generally less divergent and more time sensitive, so it’s good to base your decisions on solid data, then look to your users for areas of insight and to gain empathy for their needs. Evaluate your current products, systems and service then start designing experiments you can release and test. Simple lean, data and user driven design.
